Merrell.com accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Payment for all goods must be made by credit or debit card. Please note that all transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of the card refuses to authorize payment, the order will not be accepted.
Merrell.com Return Policy?
Merrell.com has a 30-day return policy for unworn merchandise. Exchanges can only be made for the same product, different size or color. If the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock, please follow the returns process for a full refund. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. A credit should appear on your credit card, or original method of payment, within two billing cycles. Returns and Exchanges are accepted at any of their corporate Merrell stores. However, their corporate stores cannot process returns/exchanges if paid with a third party payment method such as AfterPay. If you have a gift that needs to be returned or exchanged, you will need both the order number and the shipping zip code from the original purchase. Gifts with purchase are free, limited time gifts. For shipping, Merrell.com offers free shipping on all orders. For returns only, there is a $5 shipping fee that the company charges for their shipping label. This is only to cover the cost of return shipping.
